Saturday 16 July for those born in 2009, 2010 & 2011
Sunday 17 July for those born in 2012/2013/2014

Age Groups:
Minimum age for this event is 7yrs of age as at 31st December last year, details as follows:
8yrs: aged 7 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 8 this year.
9yrs: aged 8 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 9 this year.
10yrs: aged 9 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 10 this year.
11yrs: aged 10 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 11 this year.
12yrs: aged 11 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 12 this year.
13yrs: aged 12 on 31st December last year and will attain the age of 13 this year.

Entry Fee: £15

11yrs male/female 1km Run, Flags, Sprint, Board, Surf Race
12yrs male/female 1km Run, Flags, Sprint, Board, Surf Race, Golden Nipper
13yrs male/female 1km Run, Flags, Sprint, Board, Surf Race, Golden Nipper

• 11,12,13yrs male/female – surf relay

Teams will be selected by the team manager ahead of the competition. There are limits placed on us by the region as to the number of teams that are allowed to enter each event.
